Connect scientific, strategic and review requirements to the mechanics of the workflow without losing what makes the work safe.
Kepler26 combines hands-on medcomms experience with practical AI workflow design. We understand the standards, review pressures and human judgment the work demands because we have done the work ourselves.

Founder
Medical director. Medcomms leader. AI workflow builder.
Vishal founded Kepler26 after a decade working across medical writing, medical strategy, promotional content, launch planning, MLR-supported communications and client leadership.
He saw the same contradiction repeatedly: highly trained people were expected to do excellent thinking while spending enormous amounts of time searching, copying, formatting, reconciling and rebuilding. AI made a different operating model possible when it was designed around the realities of the work.
Kepler26 exists to build that better model: less mechanical work, clearer systems and more room for scientific judgment, strategy and creativity.
Founder-led delivery
Clients work directly with Vishal across workflow discovery, responsibility design, deliverable review and implementation choices.
Connect scientific, strategic and review requirements to the mechanics of the workflow without losing what makes the work safe.
Carry the reasoning from the initial diagnosis into the target workflow, prototype and operating controls.
Review maps, deliverables, assumptions and evaluation criteria as the engagement progresses, not only a final recommendation deck.
One accountable delivery model
Kepler26 was built around a practical requirement: the people redesigning a workflow need to understand both the work itself and what it takes to turn that design into reliable software.
Kepler26 provides the life-sciences context, workflow strategy, AI direction and client leadership. Our technical delivery organization adds the engineering, architecture, cloud and cybersecurity depth required to move from idea to production.
Kepler26 assembles and coordinates the team the solution requires. Senior involvement remains close while technical specialists join architecture and implementation discussions where useful.
What we believe
We look for work that should disappear, capacity that can be recovered and decisions that deserve more human attention. Every use of automation needs to make the underlying work better.
The ambition is simple: make the workflow feel lighter without making the standard of work lower.
Why Kepler26
Johannes Kepler found order in movements that appeared complicated and irregular. Kepler26 carries that idea into modern work: understand the system, remove what obscures it and create a clearer path forward. The “26” marks the year the consultancy began.
