1. Our commitment

Kepler26 is committed to providing an inclusive website experience for people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference for design, development and ongoing improvement, alongside accessibility obligations that apply to our Ontario-based business.

Accessibility is an ongoing practice. Technology, content and user needs change, so we expect to review and improve the site over time.

2. Measures we take

The website is designed to support:

  • Keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus.
  • A skip link that moves directly to the main page content.
  • Semantic headings, landmarks, labels and control states.
  • Text and interface contrast across the site’s colour system.
  • Responsive layouts and text that reflow on smaller screens.
  • Reduced motion when a device requests reduced motion.
  • Plain-language instructions for interactive demonstrations.

3. Compatibility

The website is intended to work with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. The experience may be less reliable with unsupported browsers, unusually restrictive browser settings or combinations of assistive technology and browser that are no longer maintained.

The site relies on HTML, CSS and JavaScript to provide its content and interactive tools. Disabling JavaScript may limit interactive demonstrations, although core company and contact information should remain understandable.

4. Known limitations

Some interactive workflow demonstrations contain dense controls or visual state changes. We provide labels, keyboard-operable controls and textual status where practical, but particular assistive technology combinations may present those experiences differently.

Third-party content or services linked from this website may not meet the same accessibility standard and are outside our direct control.

5. Feedback and alternative formats

If you encounter a barrier, need website content in another format or have an accessibility suggestion, email support@kepler26.com. Please tell us which page or feature you were using, what went wrong and the format or accommodation that would help.

We will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly and provide an accessible alternative. Accessibility feedback is handled with respect for privacy.

6. Assessment and updates

We assess accessibility through design review, code checks, keyboard testing and responsive browser testing. These methods do not identify every possible barrier. We may revise this statement as the site and our accessibility practices evolve; the date shown on this page identifies the latest version.
