1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to kepler26.com and its content, demonstrations and interactive tools. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Kepler26 is a division of Mody & Associates, Inc. References to “Kepler26,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean Mody & Associates, Inc. operating as Kepler26.
2. Website information is not professional advice
Website content is provided for general business and educational purposes. It is not medical, scientific, regulatory, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it should not be used to make patient-care, promotional, regulatory or compliance decisions.
Examples are simplified illustrations of workflow concepts. They do not establish that a particular process, technology, model or control is suitable for your organization.
3. No client relationship
Visiting the website, using an interactive tool or sending an inquiry does not create a consultant-client, fiduciary or other professional relationship. A client relationship begins only when Kepler26 and the client enter a separate written agreement. That agreement governs the engagement and takes priority over these website terms for contracted services.
Contracted engagements may be supported by our technical partner when the work requires software engineering, solution architecture, cloud, secure AI development or cybersecurity expertise. Kepler26 remains the primary consulting and delivery relationship and coordinates the technical team. The roles, access and data-handling requirements for an engagement are governed by the applicable written agreement.
Our technical partner is ISO 27001 certified. The certification applies to our technical partner and the scope of its certified information-security management system; it does not independently certify Kepler26, Mody & Associates, Inc. or any client implementation.
4. Interactive tools, AI examples and estimates
Calculators, workflow maps, claims-support demonstrations, responsibility sorters and other interactive features are illustrative. Their outputs may be predetermined, directional or based entirely on information you enter.
- They are not savings guarantees or validated business cases.
- They do not perform medical, legal or regulatory review.
- They do not replace source verification or accountable human judgment.
- They should not be treated as production-ready system designs.
Any real-world recommendation requires appropriate discovery, validation, risk assessment and contractual scope.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the website unlawfully or to infringe another person’s rights.
- Attempt to bypass security, disrupt service, introduce malicious code or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Scrape, harvest or use automated means to extract website content at scale without written permission.
- Misrepresent website content, outputs or examples as validated Kepler26 advice or client results.
- Submit patient information, personal health information, secrets, credentials or third-party confidential material through public website features.
6. Intellectual property
The website and its original text, visual design, graphics, demonstrations, workflow models and code are owned by or licensed to Mody & Associates, Inc. and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Kepler26 and related branding may not be used without written permission.
You may view the website and make a reasonable number of copies for your internal evaluation. You may not republish, sell, license, materially modify or create a competing commercial resource from the content without prior written consent.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may rely on or link to third-party services. We do not control their availability, content, security or privacy practices and are not responsible for them. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or suitable for a particular purpose, or that content will always be complete, current or accurate.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mody & Associates, Inc. and its directors, officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from use of or inability to use the website.
For any claim arising only from use of the public website, our total liability will not exceed CAD $100. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to rights that cannot be waived, disputes relating to these terms or the website will be brought in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

We may change the website or these terms from time to time. The date shown on this page identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
